We offer cutting updated treatment as well as provide treatment when and where it best fits into an individual’s schedule.

Insurance: We except most insurance plans, Workmen’s Compensation and Auto claims. As a Medicare Certified clinic SPORT Clinic of Greater Milwaukee services are eligible for coverage under Medicare, Medicaid and most private health insurance plans.
Appointments: We are able to schedule appointments often within the same day or within 24 hours to 48 hours of your call. Our clinic environment allows for treatment in private and confidential settings if so desired.
Continuity: Most often patients will see the staff through their entire duration of therapy.
John Crowe, P.T., L.A.T. is the director of Physical Therapy. John is a Physical Therapy graduate of the University of Washington, where he worked as an athletic trainer and physical therapist. John also worked for the University of Iowa, where he served as an orthopedic therapist/trainer and instructor in the Sports Medicine Department. He also has served as a clinical instructor with the Medical College of Wisconsin and Marquette University. He was a Team Physical Therapist for the Milwaukee Bucks Basketball Club. His interests are in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic, sports and work related injuries.
Corrine Engels, DPT is a graduate of Carroll University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has had numerous clinical internships in the greater Milwaukee area during which she gained experience working in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Corrine played for the Carroll University Women's Basketball team throughout her college years, leaving her with an extensive background in sport and exercise. Her professional interests include evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries. Corrine enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and conditions. Her goal is to help patients decrease their pain, achieve their goals and improve their ability to enjoy life to their fullest through education about their condition. Outside of the clinic Corrine enjoys coaching youth basketball, boating, and spending time up north with family and friends.
